Hi, my name is Barbara Slagle. We have been in the student rental business for 36 years and our mission is to assure you and your parents that you will have a clean, comfortable, reasonably-priced "home away from home" during your stay at any of our properties. Our rental rates will fit in your budget & VERY flexible payment plans are available. We maintain and repair our properties during the school year as needed and do regular yearly maintenance including repairs, painting and cleaning before the move-in date of each new set of tenants. We live locally & our tenants can reach me 24/7 by phone, text or e-mail.
As university students, you have many available housing choices both on and off campus. Because of this, we are very aware that our reputation with our tenants is a TOP priority. We treat our tenants fairly and respect their privacy at all times. In fact, we encourage you to speak to our past and/or current tenants for their unbiased opinions about leasing from us.
