How much is the rent and are utilities included?
The rent varies by location and number of tenants. All of the utilities are included except for TV cable/internet. Please contact me for the current rates.
How long is the lease?
The lease is a two semester lease - Fall and Spring. Separate summer leases are available.. We also have 12-month leases available.
Is summer storage available?
Yes, you may store your belongings at your apartment or house over the summer for a small fee.
What if something needs fixed?
Life happens and sometimes things break or need fixed. All you have to do is contact me (texting is usually best) and I will have one of our maintenance guys stop by to take care of any issues ASAP!
Can I pay my rent with my student aid?
Yes, you can. When your funds come in, the university will deduct your tuition & other fees & will disburse the remaining amount to you that you can use to pay your off-campus rent.
Are any appliances or furniture included?
We supply a refrigerator and stove in each of our rentals. We do have some furniture available and some washers & dryers. Also, many of our current tenants are interested in selling or just leaving their furniture & washer/dryers when they move out so that is always a possibility if you need something.
Can I move in early?
If you need to move in before the Friday before school starts for the Fall semester, please contact me ahead of time to make arrangements.
